GL Mismatch Issue Due To Duplicate Processing By RFI (Doc ID 2954643.1)

Symptoms

Due to polling issue in RFI, the file was exported twice to CFIN that caused the total sales to double.  The RFI got an error in the post step after sending the file successfully for the first
time and then after 10 mins, the file was sent again as the file status was still N.
