Symptoms

On : 22.1 version, Builder

When attempting to use Interactive report Subscriptions
the following error occurs.

ORA-20876: Stop APEX Engine


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select as action Subscription for Interactive Report.
2. Entered details as report format CSV or Excel

Changes

 Upgraded to APEX 22
