Using Import Management to import participant goals error.



ERROR
The record didn't load because of an exception. Rerun the import.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create csv data file ( TransactionTemplate_B2B_Targets.csv_01-Apr-2023.csv )
    sample values :
    Business Unit,Measure (Goal Name),Start Date,End Date,Goal (Quota),ParticipantID,Compensation Plan,Plan Component
    IC Demo BU,KPI New Sales- ESCAT Target_FY23,1/1/2023,1/31/2023,75000,31001,FY23 Compensation Plan_FY23,KPI New Sales- ESCAT_FY23
2. Navigator > Tools > Import Management > Create import Activity
  Object = Incentive Participant Goals
