Symptoms
On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, Global Human Resources
When attempting to add alternative name,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

"A geography with this code already exists under the parent geography. Enter a unique code. (HZ-120532)"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup & maintenance
2. Search
3. Manage Geographies
4. Search "US" in Country code tab
5. Select "Hierarchy Defined" task
6. In the list visible, select drop-down labelled "GA"
7. Then select the drop-down "Richmond"
8. Here you will find the 2 cities "Augusta & Augusta-Richmond"
