PO Upload Taking A Long Time (Doc ID 2955162.1)

While doing a data migration trial and using PO uploader to migrate POs. It has been noticed that in this cycle it is taking a long time to upload orders that have several hundred rows which is impacting the total load time.
For example process id 2305006 has an order with 904 rows which it has been processing for 30+ minutes, the other 9000 rows for others orders loading very quickly.

there are multiple Orders in a file, and one of the orders has a large number of details which seems to be causing a delay.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. ODS file that includes many Orders (POs) and at least one with a large number of details
2. Upload to RMS via Upload process
3. Notice huge performance issue
