ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Field 'Employment start date' is not pulling through the correct date for the Gender Pay Gap Report. The dates showing in the output of the report are related to the last assignment update (Promotion, TRU change, etc)
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User is expecting the hire date to show up instead of the last assignment update date
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Gender Pay Gap Report.
2. Observed that Employment Start Date is not showing the expected dates.
