Configure Chart Has No Preview Showing 'No data to display' (Doc ID 2955314.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Configure chart and click apply but the preview shows 'No data to display'.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see the preview of the chart after clicking apply button.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into OPC.
  2. Navigate to open Project->Manage Dashboards->Create Charts.
  3. Create new chart with subject area 'Project'.
  4. Apply ->Able to see the preview bars->Save.
  5. Go to Workspace level to Edit the same chart ->Apply again, the preview shows no data to display.
