Error 'EiCVirtualTable.Optfieldindexof VTable is not loaded - PROJECT' When Attempting to Login to P6 P6 Professional via CloudConnect (Doc ID 2955385.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to login to P6 Professional via CloudConnect, the following error occurs:

Exception EVirtualTableError in module PM.EXE at 000000000099911
EiCVirtualTable.Optfieldindexof VTable is not loaded - PROJECT

In addition, the following error can be found in the C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\<Local OR Roaming>\Temp\2\Primavera.CacheService.log file:

System.Exception: Error from cloud server: Numeric Overflow
Request type: GET_SQL_RESULT
Command text: Not set
Parameter count: 3
0 -- INPUT -- String = location_id, location_name, location_type, address_line1, address_line2, address_line3, city_name, municipality_name, state_name, state_code, country_name, country_code, postal_code, longitude, latitude

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Launch P6 Professional,
  2. Enter a valid username and password and click OK.
  3. Observe the reported error.
