ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

After Project Creator responds to request for more information, they receive notification and can respond to the notification, act as the sponsor and approve the Workflow..

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

Project creator would not receive notification after responding to request for more information nor be able to complete Workflow.

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Project approval Workflow initiated by creator.
2. Project sponsor receives notification, then sends back for more information.
3. Project creator responds sending back to sponsor => Project sponsor and creator receive notification where Project creator can respond and complete Workflow.
