Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: LinkedIn Learning Content Will Not Launch (Doc ID 2955533.1)

When trying to launch Courses that are tied to LinkedIn Learning, the Learner gets the following error when launching the course:

Error

The user followed all the steps provided on the LinkedIn Learning and Oracle Learning Cloud Deep Integration Guide but this error message still appeared when trying to launch LinkedIn Content.

All other Learning Content is working correctly, it's only LinkedIn Content that is not launching.
