Error "Bad response: 401 Unauthorized\n:Application Error" Occurs While Running OTM BIP Report From OIC (Doc ID 2955660.1)

Symptoms

When user is attempting to call/execute a OTM Report from OTM BIP Server through OIC, getting an error as Bad response: 401 Unauthorized\n:Application Error.

Customer confirmed that the credential being used are correct and it is synched between OTM and OIC.
