Fusion US Payroll: Self-Identification of Disability Form 305-CC Still Showing Old Form (Doc ID 2955747.1)

Goal

After the patch is deployed that included the new legislative enhancement for the new self-identification of disability form 305-CC, when a professional user attempts to validate the new form, the old form is still displayed. The same behavior is exhibited when the employee access the form via ESS.

My Client Groups > Personal Details > Search Person > scroll down to Disability Info -Self-Disclosed Disability
The LOV does not show the following options:
- Yes, I have a disability or have had one in the past
- No, I do not have a disability and have not had one in the past
- I do not want to answer
