After 23B Upgrade Observe that the following  ESS Jobs which are scheduled to run from 'Evaluation and Reporting' workspace (which were scheduled prior to upgrade i.e. 23A release or prior) are erroring out

Jobs affected:

Evaluate Unrestricted Event Participation
Evaluate Temporal Event Participation
Evaluate Scheduled Event Participation*

Error log for the job contains the below message
