Document Manger Index Report Returns "The System Could Not Process Your Request..." When Exported in CVS Format (Doc ID 2955836.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 23.4

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Unable to export the Index Report from within the Document Manager in CSV format. PDF and HTML formats work fine.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------

  1. Login to any 23.4 Unifier environment.
  2. Go to any Document Manager workspace (Company and/or Projects/Shells)
  3. Select any folder, click on: Actions > Index Report, select the CSV format, trigger the export, and notice a Unifier Notification pops up that reads:

"The system could not process your request see detail.
Logging in again may help in some cases.
Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems."

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Index Report should be able to export in all formats without incident.
