Document Manger Index Report Returns "The System Could Not Process Your Request..." When Exported in CVS Format

On Unifier : Version 23.4
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Unable to export the Index Report from within the Document Manager in CSV format. PDF and HTML formats work fine.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------
- Login to any 23.4 Unifier environment.
- Go to any Document Manager workspace (Company and/or Projects/Shells)
- Select any folder, click on: Actions > Index Report, select the CSV format, trigger the export, and notice a Unifier Notification pops up that reads:
"The system could not process your request see detail.
Logging in again may help in some cases.
Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems."
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Index Report should be able to export in all formats without incident.
