G2: Save & Reactive Doesn't Reactivate All Related Integrations if They Have Same: Name, Identifier, Only Version Is Different (Doc ID 2955861.1)

Symptoms

Sometime user may use clone to create new integration flow. Even Integration Name, Identifier are reused, only Version filed gets changed. With feature "Reactivate Integrations after a Connection Update", it's very convenient to get all related design re-activated. But for <Bug 35418987>, only some of them get reactivated. It looks like OIC will reactivate them all, but Updated filed in Integration Details pages shows integration Named: Echo_1666406281 (*) only 1 of them get reactivated.
