Duplicate POSU Loaded Into RMS After Sales Upload Failures (Doc ID 2955872.1)

RESA transactions posted twice into RMS. This has caused double deduction in RMS resulting in incorrect inventory.
It looked like most of these were due to rejected POSU file reprocessing of that day.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload sales transactions from RESA to RMS, for rejected POSU.
2.Notice that there are duplicate transactions posted in RMS.
