Symptoms
The financial manager dashboard does not show any details even when filters are amended. There are definitely discrepancies as is visible in the Discrepancy review screen - however not visible in the dashboard.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to IMCS
2. Use the filters to find overdue invoices
3. Notice that no records are returned for all 3 reports: Invoice Due, Invoice and Supplier Site performance
