On : 11.13.23.01.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Departments can be created, but cannot be searched.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to search for departments

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go into Workforce Structures
2. Click on Manage Departments
3. When attempting to search, it says 'No Results Found'
