Symptoms

In EICS, Transfer shipment BOL report does not show Sender and Receiver information for ST2WH transfers

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to EICS application
2. Task > Operations > Reports
3. Search for Transfer Shipment BOL report
4. Enter the Shipment ID for ST to WH
