Symptoms

In OTM, when user has defined a Required/Mandatory field in a custom Spot Bid Manager Layout- this is not being considered by system and allowing users to proceed further even if no value on the mandatory field.

Expectation is, until user enters value/data on that mandatory field, OTM should not allow them to Finish the changes.
