Sales Audit Dashboard Showing Deleted Transactions As Open Transaction Errors (Doc ID 2956379.1)

Symptoms

Deleted transactions are showing up as open Transaction Errors on Sales Audit Dashboard
Find transaction which contain error ( TRAN_OUT_BAL) and if SA_TRAN_HEAD status is 'D' it should not be visible as Open Transaction error .

Steps :


1) Find existing TRAN_OUT_BAL transaction
2) Make sure SA_TRAN_HEAD.status ='D'
3) See transaction shows as 'Deleted' in Store Day Transaction.
4) Open DASHBOARD same transaction will be visible in OPEN Transaction
