Symptoms

On :  11.13.23.04.0 version, Other Issues

When attempting to Invoke API using SOAP Tool,

"https://POD URL/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/ledgerBalances?onlyData=true&finder=AccountBalanceFinder;accountCombination=XX.XXX.XXXX.XX ,accountingPeriod=Jan-21,currency=EUR,ledgerName=<Ledger name>,mode=Summary"
the following error occurs.

ERROR

400 Bad request or
The value XX.XXX.XXXX.XX for the parameter AccountCombination is invalid. (GL-782237)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the SOAP API tool
2. Invoke API "https://POD URL/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/ledgerBalances?onlyData=true&finder=AccountBalanceFinder;accountCombination=XX.XXX.XXXX.XX ,accountingPeriod=Jan-21,currency=EUR,ledgerName=<Ledger name>,mode=Summary"
3. The error occurs.
