Symptoms
In Oracle Management Cloud (OMC), the APM Agent was configured for the Peoplesoft application.
The agent is working fine and the Peoplesoft application login and navigations are working fine.
But some of the operations which needs the Microsoft tools fails.
For Example:
From the Peoplesoft application with APM agent enabled, trying to generate an xls file fails with "xml is invalid"
