Symptoms

Import Goals and getting Invalid Participant error using Participant Goals Import process

ERROR
cn_srp_goals_upload.goals_upload successfully completed with no errors.
Invalid participant name Rep1_13563
Invalid participant name Rep2_10320
Invalid participant name Rep3_13663
... etc ...


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate ICGoalImportTemplate.xlsm and generate zip file
2. Upload to File Import and Export
3. Submit Participant Assignments > Import Participant Goals
