Goal

RIHA is throwing "A connection to the server has failed (Status 406)" error while trying to load message viewer for specific messages

1. Check Load Message details on selection
2. Select a message
3. Click Message Viewer to view payload, notice it throws: A connection to the server has failed - status=406 Error
