The product does not externally expose the user names, their store access or their respective application roles in RDS. Without this information, 3rd party applications/services cannot seamlessly connect with SIOCS for user access purposes.
PROVIDE A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE ENHANCEMENT REQUEST

Product to expose the usernames, their store access and their respective role in each store, in RDS, for the purpose of verifying SIOCS accessibility from external 3rd party apps/services.
DESCRIBE HOW THIS ENHANCEMENT WILL BENEFIT YOUR BUSINESS

With this Enhancement, SIOCS users and roles information can be used, avoiding the need to have a new similar structure on 3rd party apps/services. Apart from the seamless user experience, this avoids double keying in different applications of any changes to store users' access and allows consistency between SIOCS user access and 3rd party applications/services
