Symptoms

On :  11.13.23.04.0 version

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
The detail page of all custom objects become un editable after Data role migration from source to target where source and target have separate customization.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Custom object detail page should be editable.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Migrate the custom role from one environment to another environment where source and target have separate customization.
2. Observed that all the custom UI summary view grayed out.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, unable to edit any of the custom object records.
