In DX4C Pages Auto Complete Is Not Working To Filter Values After Entering A Partial Value (Doc ID 2957299.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While typing into a field with a list of values the auto complete is not filtering the field on the text that was entered. All values are shown in the list.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that if you enter text into the field e.g. 'Test'  then the list of values for the field will only display values that start with 'Test'

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Enterprise Catalog > Administration > Catalog or categories  ( For example as this functionality is the same on other pages and fields) 
2. In the Initiative field start to enter text  e.g.  'Test'.
3. Select the list of values for the field.  All values are shown not just values that include 'Test'
