Symptoms

When attempting to sync data with Unifier via Gateway, the following error occurs.

com.oracle.pgbi.pdi.provide.ProviderException: Unifier return code is 812. Copy from shell/template number is not correct. View Primavera Gateway log file for details.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into P6 or OPC.
  2. Open project
  3. Sync data with Unifier via Gateway. Error.
