Symptoms

We are running job from Visual Builder Studio to migrate the ATP objects using SQLcl.
However its fails stating "Error Message = IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection".

Error Details

Connection Failed

URL = jdbc:oracle:thin:@<ATP_TNS_ALIAS>
Error Message = IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection (CONNECTION_ID=hZiJHECeRMGJbP2hSiifUA==)


Additional details

- It is an issue with Visual Builder Studio Job for ATP object migration using SQLcl.
- It seems like Visual Builder Studio is not able to connect to ATP database.
- ATP is on Private Subnet and using custom VCN.
