Scheduled Analytics Publisher Jobs fails intermittently with Error "ApplSession returned from ATG API is null" (Doc ID 2957553.1)

Symptoms

Analytics Publisher Scheduled Jobs fails intermittently with the below error. This issue can occur after receiving 23B Quarterly update. As a result the failed job related report output will not be available.

Steps

  1. Login to Fusion cloud service
  2. Navigate to Tools > Report & Analytics
  3. Click Browse Catalog
  4. Navigate to the shared folder of the Analytics Publisher report to be scheduled
  5. Click on More > Schedule to submit a Job
  6. Click on Home
  7. Navigate to Report Job History Page and verify the Status details
  8. Few Jobs may fail due to the below error

Could not get data source connection for: ApplicationDB_FSCM oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle
