Fusion Global Payroll - Absence Payments Not Visible In Statement Of Earnings (Doc ID 2957649.1)

Symptoms

The user is processing the absence payments and the same are not visible under the Gross Earnings section (Statutory Maternity Pay Entitlement) in Statement of Earnings. However, they are available under Net Pay.

The same data (Statutory Maternity Pay Entitlement) should be available under Gross Earnings section in SOE.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define absence payment data
2. Process balance
3. Verify and define balance feeds
4. Check the Balance Group and define data.
5. Run Calculate QuickPay
6. Notice that the Statutory Maternity Pay entitlements are not available under Gross Earnings section in SOE.
