Alert: 504 Error When Creating a Configuration Package in Unifier (Doc ID 2957773.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When Creating a Configuration Package Export, the error below is received.

ERROR

ALERT: 504

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier as administrator.
  2. Navigate to Company Workspace -> Admin Mode -> Configuration Package Management -> Configuration Packages.
  3. Click on Create.
  4. After selecting the component list and specifying the Package name click on Next twice.
