Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Changes to BEN_BNFTS_PTN_MNL_CFM message, is showing different message for different LE from Employee Self-Service

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see the same confirmation message for any LE that is reported on ESS.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Report a life event.
