Notification Alert "Import process could not be completed successfully" When Using The Import File Shell Creation Template (Doc ID 2958108.1)

Symptoms

When using Internationalization (i18n) on the system defined "Project Phase" to translate/change the label/name:

The following Alert pops up when using the import file to create a Project/Shell:

Import process could not be completed successfully.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into user environment.
  2. Go to Company Workspace.
  3. Navigate to Company Sponsored Shells > Projects.
  4. Click on Export > Shell Export Template > select the csv file.
  5. Fill in the mandatory fields.
  6. Import the csv file.
  7. Notice the alert message will pop up.
