Unit of measure mapping code for AES filing is missing from aes_filing report

User got a fatal error when filing AES: 626 - 1ST UOM CODE MISSING ( ERROR SEGMENT:L13 )
It came with an informational error: 629 - SCHED B/HTS REQUIRES 1ST UOM: DPC ( ERROR SEGMENT:L13 )
