Oracle Analytics Connector Is Not Visible On Power BI After Placing The Connector (Doc ID 2958234.1)

Symptoms

 Users are not able to see the Oracle Analytics ( Beta) connector on their Power BI under the "Get Data" option, after following the pre-requisites using the below documentation and placed the Oracle Analytics Cloud Connector in the location C:\Users\<username>\Documents\
