Goal

You have only one user with Cloud Account Administrator and Identity Instance Creation roles. This user has left organization. But, no other user has been granted with Cloud Account Administrator or Identity Instance Creation role.

You would like to create secondary IDCS instance. But, no user has above roles to create secondary instance.

How to assign "Identity Instance Creation" role to existing user in IDCS instance?
