Manage Contract Rules Page Is Blank For Users Having Custom Job Role (Doc ID 2958538.1)

On : version, Functional Setup Manager

After creating a custom job role, users with the custom role assigned are not able to view contracts rules under Manage Contract Rules.

The Manage Contract Rules page shows no rules.

Users with the custom job role are expected be able to see contracts rules under Manage Contract Rules.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a custom job role
2. Login with the User having the custom role
3. Navigate to Contract Management
3. Select Manage Contract Rules from the Task menu
4. Observe the Manage Contract Rules page showing no rules
