Offline Users Are Being Disconnected From OFS App (Doc ID 2958811.1)

A customer had network issues related a local mobile carrier. Technicians using that carrier on a specific region were unable to work on OFS. When that was in effect, some users became offline, and reportedly several of them were kicked out of the application.

Once that happened, users were unable to log back into the application anymore and were unable to work, when the expectation was that users should remain in offline work and work with the activities they already had loaded.
