Symptoms
Post upgrade to 23B release, callback is triggered after successful completion of the ESS jobs.
Steps:
1. Submit Erp Integration Service request using 'submitEssJobRequest' operation with callback URL in the payload
2. Confirm that ESS jobs were triggered and completed successfully
3. No callback is received
This was working prior to 23B update
