FAW - Download User Group Mapping Issue

Goal
Downloaded the User Group Mapping. Checked the Group Name values corresponding to user in FAW are not matching with downloaded user group mapping excel.
Checked groups exists in excel but corresponding group is blank for most of the users but assigned for few.
In the downloaded excel, filter USERNAME column by value "(Blanks)" . there are GroupName which doesn't have a USERNAME.
Groups and users are synced to FAW through IDCS sync from source ERP.
