Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Private medical treatment or insurance created with 19th April not processed during April run, but processed in the May run
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The prorated value should be calculated for April run as well.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add calculation card - run payroll for April - see that the element is not getting processed.
2. Run payroll for May - element is processed as expected.
