"Created By" Column Not Displaying Username For Sales Order Issue Transaction Type (Doc ID 2959511.1)

Goal

On the Review Completed Transactions screen the Created By column is populated with an ID instead of username for Sales Order Issue transaction type. For other Transaction Types the username is displayed. Could this please be fixed so that the username is shown for Sales Order Issue types?
