ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

The OM EFF values are not being passed to AR header DFF, upon completion of the below setups as per Doc 2468109.1

1. Create EFF in OM Header
2. Create DFF in AR Header
3. Enabled OM Opt In feature 'Enable Custom Payloads for Downstream Integration'
4. Created Service Mapping
5.Create Algorithm


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

OM EFF values to be populated in AR EFF


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform AR testing , impacting customer CRP
