Work Order Integration issue - After Clone From Prod to Dev Instance, Getting Error "The connection to Oracle Field Service couldn’t be made due to an authentication error. (SVC-5295556)"

Message seen: The connection to Oracle Field Service couldn’t be made due to an authentication error. (SVC-5295556)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to a fusion instance
https://fa.<pod_name>fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com

2. Go to Setup & Maintenance -> Service -> Work Order -> Manage Service to Oracle Field Service integration
3. Click on Edit
4. In the section "Configure the connection to Oracle Field Service" enter relevant OFS instance details.

5. Click "Verify Connection"
6. Generates an error "The connection to Oracle Field Service couldn't be made due to an authentication error. (SVC-5295556)"

 

Changes

 Environment was cloned from Prod to Dev1 instance
