Unable to use DIS (OAS) Email Report Functionality

Goal
When trying to send a DIS (OAS) report via email it throws an error and report is not sent in email.
Steps To Recreate:
1- Open any report in DIS.
2- Click send
3- Add a destination email
4- Click Submit
5- Go to Home -> Report Job History
6- Notice the below error:
Waiting Time: 1.6 seconds
Data Fetch Time: 0.6 seconds
Total Execution Time: 1.9 seconds
Job Priority: Normal
Delivery failed.

Document delivery failed

Delivery is completed
