On : 11.13.23.01.0 version, Period Close Setup & Processing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Transfer Ledger Balances is taking over 4 hours for transferring PTD balances (expected 20-40 mins) and around 15 hours for YTD balances transfer

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To improve the time the process area taking

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Execute Transfer Ledger Balances for PTD and YTD for about 5 million code combinations
