The child process "Load File to Interface" from FBDI Import Journals failed with the following error.

Error Message
value used for ROWS parameter changed from 250 to 16
Record 1: Rejected - Error on table GL_INTERFACE, column ENTERED_DR.
ORA-01722: invalid number

Record 2: Rejected - Error on table GL_INTERFACE, column ENTERED_CR.
ORA-01722: invalid number

Steps to Reproduce
1. Run "Load Interface File for Import" job for Import Journals

2. "Load File to Interface" child process failed with error "ORA-01722: invalid number"

3. <Process ID>_bad.txt in the "Load File to Interface" child process is showing that the amounts were enclosed in double quotation marks.
