Symptoms
Adding a field for a metadata from System Configuration in OCM is failing or taking time.
Sometimes it takes multiple tries to succeed.
In another instance, it is working fine and reflecting on time.
Steps:
1. Login to OCM instance as an administrator.
2. Click on System from Administration option.
3. Go to Metadata.
4. Select 'Add Field' for a particular metadata and try to add a new field.
5. Notice a page unresponsive message with a wait or exit page option.
6. On completion, the field is still not added.
